Thank you for partnering with Mothers Milk Bank, a private charity providing life-saving Pasteurised Donated Human Milk (PDHM) to hospitals and vulnerable infants across Australia.

Please note the following important delivery information before placing your order:

• PDHM is routinely distributed via courier from Monday to Wednesday.
• Hospital orders are prioritised.
• PDHM is currently supplied at $25 per 100ml for both frozen and freeze-dried PDHM.
• Distribution and courier costs are charged separately and passed on in addition to the PDHM cost.
• For Queensland hospitals, urgent frozen PDHM orders placed on Thursday or Friday may require dispatch via a specialised last-mile courier service, which incurs additional delivery costs. Where clinically appropriate, orders can instead be held and dispatched the following Monday via standard courier.
• Frozen PDHM is shipped in a specialised insulated cooler. A return shipping label will be included with your delivery so the cooler can be returned to Mothers Milk Bank.
• Freeze-dried PDHM is dispatched via courier or Australia Post Express, depending on location and urgency.
